Boston Man Indicted On Nashua ID Fraud, Theft Charges: Court Roundup

Hudson man indicted on Pelham copper, brass theft case; Milford woman indicted on drug sale charges; Merrimack, Hollis drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Bryan Cashman, 39, of Clement Road in Hudson on two criminal mischief and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing copper, brass pipes, and fittings from Willscot in Pelham between March 10 and March 12, 2021.

Freddy Delavega, 50, of no fixed address in Boston, Massachusetts, on identity fraud and two theft by deception charges, all felonies. On March 20, 2023, he withdrew cash and withdrew money in the form of a teller’s check from another person’s Granite State Credit Union account in Nashua, according to indictments. Delavega was also accused of identity fraud on March 22, 2023, in Nashua.

Danielle Dickstein, 44, of Marshall Street in Milford on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges. She possessed crack cocaine and fentanyl and possessed cocaine with intent to sell and crack cocaine with intent to sell in Milford on May 25, 2022, according to the indictments.

Kevin Greenleaf, 46, a homeless man now located in Nashua, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on July 11, 2023, in Nashua.

Natasha Guyotte, 40, of Elm Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Nov. 28, 2023, in Merrimack.

Ashley Elizabeth Lantry, 37, of Worcester Road in Hollis on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Jan. 20 in Hollis.
