Nashua Woman Indicted In Pry Bar Attack Case: Hillsborough County Superior Court Indictments
Plus: Men indicted on intent to sell drug charges; Wilton man indicted on animal cruelty charge; Litchfield man faces machete threat charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury recently indicted the people listed below.
Luis Bodon, 19, of 4th Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine with intent to sell and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges, both felonies, on Jan. 21 in Nashua.
Patrick Boily, 62, of Sundale Drive in Merrimack, on a felony count of motor vehicles; penalties. He was accused of driving on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua on Feb. 19 after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender in December 1989.

Jason Bottari, 51, of Jewett Street in Manchester, on aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving drunk on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua and causing a collision endangering another person on Dec. 31, 2025.
Devon Boundy, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-methamphetamine on April 14 in Nashua and two felony counts of controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-meth-with intent to sell on May 19 in Nashua.

Jai Nicholas Boyer, 46, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felony count of failure to inform. He was accused of failing to update Nashua police about his residency on Nov. 10, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, Boyer was convicted on duty to report in Hills North in February 2020. Boyer is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault-victim older than 13 but under 16 with an age difference of more than four years conviction in June 2010 in Hills South, according to the state. Jonathan Briere, 32, of Route 31 in Wilton, on a felony count of cruelty to animals. He was accused of kicking a dog on July 2 in Wilton.

David J. Murray, 56, of Elm Street in Milford, on a felony willful concealment charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet in Milford between May 30, 2025, and June 26. Previously, according to the indictment, Murray has been convicted of theft.
Robert McClain, 35, of Blucher Street in Manchester, on a felony count of domestic violence. He was accused of threatening a family member with a machete in Litchfield on March 15.
Robert McMinn, 57, of Parkview Street in Manchester, on a felony count of receiving stolen property. He was accused of retaining various stolen property of another in Pelham on Oct. 15, 2019. McMinn, according to the indictment, was convicted on theft in Hills South in June 1989 and receiving stolen property in Hills South in May 1997.
Sarah McQuaid, 27, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, on a felony count of second-degree assault-domestic violence. She was accused of striking her boyfriend in the head with a metal pry bar, which resulted in a head laceration and concussion, on May 4 in Nashua.
Zohair Naqvi, 23, of North Main Street in Mont Vernon, on domestic violence-criminal threatening, reckless conduct, and criminal mischief charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing a rifle near a family or household member in an occupied structure on Feb. 8 in Wilton.
Tommy Nguyen, 32, of no fixed address in Nashua, on possession of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of concealing a bag of drugs within his clothing to impair an investigation on May 5 in Nashua.
