Massachusetts Teen Indicted On 3 Nashua Firearm Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Queen City man indicted in Merrimack knife threat case; Milford man indicted on receiving stolen property charge; gun, drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Stacey Cincotta, 51, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine and fentanyl on Feb. 15, 2024, in Nashua.

Tiffany Clark, 49, of Ellagrasso Boulevard in New Haven, Connecticut, on a felony identity fraud charge. She was accused of posing as another to obtain currency from the other woman’s account in Merrimack on Oct. 20, 2022. Michael Collins, 46, of Maplewood Drive in Townsend, Massachusetts, on four felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing a 2017 Ford F-250 truck on May 25, 2024, in Brookline from Brookline Lumber Company and an X-Mark Zero lawnmower, a Ferris lawnmower, and a landscaping trailer from Custom View Property Maintenance on Aug. 26, 2024, in Hollis.

Gerald Fredreck Cornwell, 57, of Trout Brook Drive in Nashua, on two felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. He was accused of driving on Trout Brook Drive in Nashua on Sept. 17, 2024, and Amherst Street in Nashua on Sept. 18, 2024. Cornwell was declared a habitual offender in October 2012 by the NH DMV.

Westyn Lantigua, 24, of Tracy Avenue in Lynn, MA, on two felony burglary charges. He was accused of entering the Lucky Discount Mart in Nashua without permission while armed with a deadly weapon and bolt cutters to steal cash and merchandise on March 21, 2024.

Jaiden Lee, 20, of Westford Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of grabbing a person’s sweatshirt and threatening to “slap the sh-t” out of them if they did not give up the sweatshirt on April 25, 2024, in Nashua.

Jack Levesque, 23, of Rangers Drive in Hudson, on felonious use of a firearm, falsifying physical evidence, possession of marijuana-more than an ounce but less than 5 pounds, and possession of psilocybin with intent to distribute, all felonies, on May 31, 2024, in Nashua.

Edgar Jose Lopez, 51, of Palm Street in Nashua, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Ash Street in Nashua on April 4, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in August 2023.

Jonatan Martinez, 25, of Union Street in Manchester, on domestic violence and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of approaching a former intimate partner with a knife in a threatening manner on May 25, 2024, in Merrimack. Previously, Martinez was convicted of violating a protective order in September 2023 in Merrimack District Court.

Jeremy McKenna, 39, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on a felony resisting arrest or detention charge. He was accused of resisting a Nashua police officer and causing a pectoralis muscle tear during the process on Sept. 19, 2023.

Ulysses McMillan, 38, of Bell Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 5, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in January 2020 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Aidan Medbury, 19, of Beaton Street in Haverhill, MA, on three felony criminal threatening with a firearm charges. He was accused of climbing stairs after a woman, while armed, and pointing a gun with a laser light crossed in her face on June 9, 2024, in Nashua. Jorge Mejias, 44, of Ash Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on June 13, 2024, in Nashua.

David J. Murray, 55, of Elm Street in Milford, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining more than $1,000 but less than $1,500 owned by Achille Agway in Milford on May 27, 2024.

Robert Muzarol, 58, of Palm Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on May 9, 2024, in Nashua.
