Two Picked Up On Fugitive Warrants In Nashua: Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Siobhan E. Jencks, 33, of Harvard Street in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 29, 2024, on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.

John William Robinson, 22, of London Court in Merrimack was arrested on Aug. 29 on a reckless operation charge.

Dean Patrick Shean, 27, of Temple Street in Nashua was arrested on a criminal trespass charge on Aug. 29.

Timothy Hickman, 50, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on a capias warrant and a violation of probation or parole charge on Aug. 29.

Marion L. Smith, 48, of no fixed address in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 14 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge.

Terence Halter, 38, of Wilder Street in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 14 on a fugitive warrant and a release of a person arrested without a warrant.

Michael R. Fontaine, 55, of no fixed address in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 14 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge.

Bret Lee Cooper, 57, of Old Milford Road in Brookline was arrested on Aug. 14 on a resisting arrest or detention charge.

Kirk G. Drake, 54, of Prescott Street in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 14 on a criminal threatening charge.

Kathleen Tiller, 63, of Far Rockaway, New York, was arrested on Aug. 14 on a fugitive warrant, felony falsifying physical evidence, felony identity fraud, felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus, and two resisting arrest or detention charges.

Joseph Ricard Hall, 36, of Mason Street in Nashua was arrested on a felony operating after certified as a habitual offender charge on Aug. 14.

Sabrina Porter, 22, of Harbor Avenue in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 13 on criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and domestic violence-simple assault charges.
