Concord Woman Arrested On Assault, Intoxication, Tobacco Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Wayne R. Smith, 46, of Concord was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on March 25, 2022, on a bench warrant and a warrant after an incident on Old Loudon Road.

Edgar J. Jimenez, born 1997, of New York, New York, received a summons at 3:40 a.m. on March 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Centre Street.

Haleen Ann Buonano, 45, of Concord was arrested at 2:02 p.m. on March 24 on driving after revocation or suspension and breach of bail charges after an incident at 101 Loudon Road.

April A. Gardner, 33, of Manchester was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on March 24 on a possession of controlled drug-subsequent charge after an incident on Rumford Street. She is due in superior court for arraignment on April 14. Gardner has active drug, theft, and contraband charges.

Eric Mandigo, 40, of Concord was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on March 24 on three warrants after an incident on Portsmouth Street. He failed to appear at a dispositional conference in Merrimack County Superior Court on drug sale charges from November 2019, a violation of probation or parole accusation from June 2021, and a plea and sentencing hearing on Feb. 15 on felony drug charges from July 2021 and October 2021 in Concord.

Larry W. Regan, 50, of Hampton Falls was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on March 24 on a warrant after an incident in the Storrs Street Garage.

Rhiannon L. Webb, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on March 24 on a bench warrant as well as operating with an expired license and unregistered motor vehicle charges after an incident on Laurel Street.

Molly J. Gregg, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 7:31 p.m. on March 23 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, unlawful possession-intoxication, and possession-use of tobacco products by a minor charges after an incident on Summer Street in Penacook.

Holly S. Pickering, 37, of Concord was arrested at 6:36 p.m. on March 23 on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident at the Concord Public Library on Green Street. Pickering failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on Jan. 10 on a felony theft charge from September 2021 in Concord. She also failed to appear at another conference on March 25 and a warrant was issued against her on March 30.

Dean Patrick Shean, 25, of Manchester was arrested at 11:56 a.m. on March 23 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Speedway on North Main Street.

Ephrem J. Micaiah, 49, of Lebanon was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on March 23 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the McKenna House on South Fruit Street.

Nicholas Rossik, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on March 23 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on South State Street.
