Portsmouth Teen Arrested On Parole Violation: Police Log
Rye man and Portsmouth woman arrested for DWI, woman arrested for disorderly conduct in the park, Boston men arrested on assault charges.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Two 17-year-olds were taken into protective custody at 10:47 p.m. on Aug. 28, 2017, after police were sent to Four Tree Island for a report of a trespass issue.
A 16-year-old was taken into protective custody at around 12:41 p.m. Aug. 28, 2017, after police were sent to a store on Lafayette Road for a report of a teen trying to steal a lighter.

EJ Bello, 28, of Delle Avenue in Mission Hill, MA, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. on Aug. 28, 2017, for simple assault. Also arrested for simple assault was Zulay Soto-Tejeda, 25, of Washington Street in Roxbury, MA. They were arrested on warrants. Dan B. Mulvey, 29, of Random Road in Rye, was arrested at 12:56 p.m. on July 26, 2017, for driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident. Police received a report about a gray SUV, possibly a Range Rover, striking a wall on Sagamore Avenue and then, leaving the scene. An alert went out to Rockingham County Sheriffs, Newcastle, and Rye, trying to find the vehicle. A vehicle was later found parked on Union Street. The driver was given field sobriety tests and then was arrested.

Calum Ryan, 19, of McDonough Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. on July 20, 2017, for violation of probation or parole. He was arrested on a fugitive warrant.
Angela Martinelli, 37, of White Cedar Boulevard in Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:57 p.m. on July 20, 2017, for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention. She was also taken into protective custody due to alleged intoxication. Police were sent to Lafayette Road for a report of a homeless person on the grass near the playground and would like her moved along. She reportedly refused to give her name and then, started screaming, so she was arrested.
Sherilyn A. Rose, 29, of Dennett Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. on July 20, 2017, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. She was arrested after a consent search on Dennett and Stark streets.
Travis Cross, 34, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:38 a.m. on July 20, 2017, for felon in possession of dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, and receiving stolen property. Police were sent to Islington Street for a report of a man who came into a store and he seemed “out of it.” The man also had a gun in the back of his shorts. The man was arrested later.
Mandi K. Horning, 24, of Cabot Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. on July 19, 2017, for driving while intoxicated. Police received a report about a vehicle “all over the road” and “tailgating” vehicles on Lafayette Road. In front of Fresh Market, the vehicle reportedly almost hit people in another vehicle, according to reports.
Daniel W. Russell, 51, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on July 19, 2017, for criminal trespass after police were sent to Islington Street for a report of a man in a sweatshirt drinking in the park.
Jeffrey A. Duty, 38, of Dwight Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 4:41 p.m. on July 19, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension. An officer was out at Odiorne Point Road for a moped without a plate.
