Accused Derry, Nashua, Portsmouth Drug Dealers Indicted: Rockingham Superior Court Roundup
Manchester felon indicted on gun charges; Northwood, Windham stalkers face more charges; Newmarket man indicted on key slashing charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Bradley Dale Paradise, 55, of Islington Street in Portsmouth on four felony counts of sale of a controlled drug, methamphetamine and fentanyl, on March 30, April 20, May 3, and Oct. 25, 2022, in Portsmouth.
Jonathan David Peters, 38, of Red Fox Road in North Hampton on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of placing broken pieces of brick underneath the tires of and on the trunk of a Toyota Camry in Kingston on March 26, 2022.

Robert A. Pollack Jr., 63, of Main Street in Northwood on a felony stalking-subsequent charge. He was accused of leaving a greeting card or note to another person in Northwood in violation of a restraining order on April 29. Previously, Pollack was convicted of stalking in Candia District Court on March 13.
Lester Rosario, 65, of Broadway Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Macy’s in Salem on April 28.

Antonio M. Santiago, 50, of Mitchell Street in Manchester on armed career criminals, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, felon in possession, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a stolen Glock 19 9 mm handgun in Auburn and Raymond on June 10 and firing the gun while intoxicated in Auburn. Santiago has been convicted on three or more felonies (assault, drugs, or robbery laws).
Daniel John Sinnott, 48, of Settlers Range in Windham on two felony stalking charges. He was accused of making multiple phone calls and sending multiple text messages and videos between June 23 and June 24 to an intimate party and protected person in Auburn. Sinnott was convicted on April 26 of stalking in Manchester District Court.
Jennifer Lee Smith, 36, of Laraway Court in Derry on possession of para-flourofentanyl, possession of buprenorphine, and possession of cocaine charges, all felonies, as well as deal-possess prescription drugs-gabapentin on Dec. 28, 2020, in Derry. She was also indicted on a sale of crack cocaine felony count, accused of driving Ashley Figueroa to and from a drug deal in Kingston on June 23, 2021, according to the indictment.
Michael S. Stanley, 54, of Shelburne Road in Merrimack on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on May 26 in Derry.
Cassandra M. Thibodeau, 26, a homeless woman now located in Nashua, on sale of crack cocaine, sale of fentanyl, possession of buprenorphine, and two possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies, on May 9 in Salem.
Sun Liang Tjen, 58, of Tri City Road in Somersworth on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of holding a pair of scissors, pointing them toward another man, and threatening to stab them on May 16 in Portsmouth.
Tyrone Andre Valentine, 30, of Giles Street in Methuen, MA, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a Honda Odyssey owned by another person on Dec. 21, 2020, in Seabrook.
Miguel Angel Alicea Velazquez, 51, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Rockingham Road in Londonderry on April 23 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Tiffany Marie Vincent, 43, of Vinton Street in Manchester on possession of meth and delivery of articles prohibited charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug in the Rockingham County Jail on Jan. 17.
Maxwell Walden, 27, of Chevrolet Avenue in Portsmouth on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on April 17 in Portsmouth.
Robert Joseph Killrai Warenda, 38, of Deerfield Road in Candia on two felony criminal threatening-domestic violence counts and a domestic violence-simple assault charge. He was accused of pointing a pocket knife at a boy and threatening to cut his penis off or words to that effect, pushing and-or tackling the child to the floor, and stabbing a floor on May 6 in Candia.
Katrina Marie Warren, 35, of Beech Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Derry on March 19 after twice before being convicted on theft charges.
Daniel Mark Westcott, 50, of Locus Street in Dover on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Nichols Avenue in Newmarket on Jan. 12 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Jonathan W. Weston, 26, of Wadleigh Falls Road in Newmarket on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of slashing another person with keys he was holding in his hand on July 15 in Newmarket.
Gideon White, 23, of Warren Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of laptop computers from Best Buy in Salem on March 5.
