NH Sheriffs Arrest Bay State Residents on Drug, Other Charges

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.

Daniel R. Oldenquist Jr., 34, of Asplund Drive in Lunenberg, MA, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2016, for failure to appear at the arraignment of an issuing bad checks charge.

Jennifer D. Lawton, 31, of East Street in Lexington, MA, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP heroin possession.

Timothy A. Grella Jr., 40, of Pelham Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Dec. 13, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for bad checks.

Ann M. Federico, 51, of Hollis Street in Worcester, MA, was arrested on Dec. 23, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP false scripts.

Timothy B. Mills, 32, of Nichols Road in Merrimac, MA, was arrested on Dec. 22, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest on two counts of failure to appear at the arraignment of a delivery articles prohibited charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of Buprenorphine, on a judge’s order to arrest-second warrant for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of Buprenorphine, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of a controlled drug, and two bench warrants – one out of Plaistow for simple assault and another out of Hampton for shoplifting.

William F. Fitzpatrick, 44, of Perkins Avenue in Malden, MA, was arrested on Dec. 16, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for shoplifting and on a judge’s order to arrest for criminal trespass.

Heather K. Aikens, 27, of Essex Street in Fitchburg, MA, was arrested on Dec. 16, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for attempted theft.

Sean M. Marshall, 50, currently incarcerated in MCI Norfolk in Norfolk, MA, was arrested on Dec. 13, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a receiving stolen property charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for receiving stolen property, and on a judge’s order to arrest for theft by deception.
