BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Wayne Hasnohorse, 62, of Boylston Street in Boston, Massachusetts, on two felony counts of violation of a protective order-subsequent charges. He was accused of violating a foreign protective order, issued in February 2024, by calling another person in Londonderry on March 11 and June 9. Previously, according to the indictments, he was convicted of violating a protective order in April 2025 in Derry District Court.
Jose Luis Hernandez, 56, of Broadway Street in Lawrence, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking and willful concealment charges, both felonies, as well as willful a concealment charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Marshalls in Salem on Jan. 17. Twice before, according to the indictment, Hernandez was been convicted on theft charges.
Kaylynn Marie Hoehn, 42, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon, simple assault-extended term of imprisonment, disobeying an officer, aggravated driving under the influence-attempt to elude police, and resisting arrest or detention charges. She was accused of driving a Toyota RAV4 in Stratham in a dangerous manner, traveling in the breakdown lane, and nearly striking other motorists, while fleeing from law enforcement on May 29. Hoehn was also accused of kicking a state trooper sergeant in the leg.
Shawn Michael Hutchinson, 49, of Cherry Street in Lowell, MA, on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a fake check drawn on the New England Truck Center account in Portsmouth on April 21, 2023, and controlling more than $1,500.
Brandon Michael Long, 42, of Hummingbird Lane in Raymond, on a felony count of possession of fentanyl on March 10 in Raymond. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of prior offenses.

Elizabeth Anne Maglio, 40, of Sargents Place in Gilford, on a felony count of possession of fentanyl on Aug. 23, 2025, in Exeter.
Joshua Robert Mailhot Jr., 38, of Elm Street in Manchester, on felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-committed while on release, as well as driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration in Londonderry on April 16. At the time of the indictment, he was out on bail out of Hills North.
Janijah Anniea Martin-White, 21, of Margaretta Drive in Hyde Park, MA, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. She worked in concert with Dekontee Harmon, Destiny Braggs, and/or Nasihah Rivera to steal more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Ulta Beauty in Seabrook on April 9, 2025, according to the indictment.
Nancy Ellen May, 58, of Broadway Road in Dracut, MA, on a felony count of attempted theft by unauthorized taking. She was accused of attempting to steal merchandise from Target in Greenland on Feb. 22. May, according to the indictment, was convicted on theft charges.
Zachary Scott Mikell, 42, of Cotton Road in Deerfield, on a felony count of felon in possession. He was accused of possessing a hunting knife on May 5 in Raymond.
Karis P. Neal, 31, of Rollins Road in Epping, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of controlling another person's ATM card and using it multiple times to withdraw money between Nov. 6 and Nov. 11, 2025, in Epping.
Marci Lynn Newton, 43, of Concord Stage Road in Weare, on bail jumping, attempted theft by unauthorized taking-committed while on release, theft by unauthorized taking-committed while on release, and organized retail crime enterprise charges, all felonies. She conspired with Barbara Lemieux to remove merchandise from Macy's in Salem on April 4 while out on bail from Manchester District Court, according to the indictment. The attempted charge was from an incident at Macy's in Salem on Dec. 5, 2025. Twice before, according to an indictment, Newton has been convicted on theft charges.
