Manchester Man Accused Of Shooting Gun 16 Times While Drunk Driving On I-93: Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jeffrey P. Cash, 49, of Kennard Road in Windham, Maine, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 8 in Salem.

Virgilio Ceballo Arias, 22, of Brookfield Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on March 20 in Salem.

Jada Unique Cruz, 23, of Ames Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Kohl’s in Plaistow on Oct. 11, 2023, after twice before being convicted on theft charges.

Ricard Cruz-Rodriguez, 42, of Hamblet Street in Manchester on felonious use of a firearm and reckless conduct, both felonies, as well as aggravated driving while intoxicated. He shot 16 rounds from a 9 mm handgun on Interstate 93 in Salem, putting other people in danger, while driving drunk — 0.16 or more in a 2001 Honda CR-V on April 11, according to the indictments.

Craig Peter Cushing, 39, of High Street in Hampton on a felony possession of buprenorphine on April 28, 2023, in Seabrook. Previously, he has been convicted of one or more prior offenses.

Maria Kalos, 29, of Abbey Court of Brooklyn, New York, on a felony accomplice-theft by unauthorized taking charge. She acted in concert with Konstantinos Kalos and-or Vito Cascio to steal Arlo Security Cameras and Ecobee Thermostats from Best Buy in Newington on March 24, 2019, according to the indictment.

Glenn Richard Levesque, 46, of Fowell Avenue in Nashua on a felony possession of meth charge on Jan. 23 in Londonderry.

Yerson Lizcano-Rodriguez, 30, of Beachland Avenue in Revere, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking, receiving stolen property, and organized retail crime enterprise charges, all felonies. He conspired with Efren Ramirez and Esteban Gomez-Bedoya to steal more than $1,500 in sunglasses from Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem on March 2, according to the indictments.

Michael Peter MacDonald, 43, of Union Street in Littleton on a felony possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute. He worked in concert with Priscilla Beaulieu to possess the drug on April 25, 2023, in Salem, according to the indictment.

Elizabeth A. Maglio, 38, of Sargents Place in Gilford on a felony possession of fentanyl charges on July 6, 2023, in Salem after having one or more prior offense.

Linda Joy Magnuson, 56, of Burns Hill Road in Wilton on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. She was accused of grabbing a corrections officer in the groin area in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Jan. 4.

Randolph Jerome Mills III, 34, of Florence Street in Providence, Rhode Island, on theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check for $2995 on the account of Northeast Safe-T Solutions LLC at Salem Cooperative Bank on Aug. 24, 2023.
