Perps From Massachusetts Indicted On Theft Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Felon from Salem indicted on weapons possession charges; contractors accused of taking checks and not doing work; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Phillip Michael Masciulli, 34, of Lampson Court in Boston, Massachusetts, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Marshalls and Ulta Beauty in Salem on June 20, 2023. Twice before, the indictment stated, Masciulli has been convicted on theft charges.

Kimberly Marie Masson, 41, of Bartley Hill Road in Londonderry on felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender and conduct after an accident charges. She was accused of driving in the parking lot of Water’s Edge Salon & Spa in Derry after being deemed a habitual offender, crashing a vehicle, and failing to stop at the scene of the crash on Nov. 3, 2023.

Richard Matthews, 41, of Albin Street in Concord on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of accepting a depositing a check for $3,500 in Epping in exchange for materials and services to construct a concrete slab and then failing to do the work between Oct. 13, 2022, and July 15, 2023.

Aiden Michael McDonough, 20, of Raymond Road in Biddeford, Maine, on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of driving a vehicle into the gate of the Spinnaker Point Condos in Portsmouth and causing more than $1,500 in damage on Oct. 4, 2023.

Andrew James Melvin, 42, of Rimmon Street in Manchester on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on South Broadway Street in Salem at April 16 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Marcus Lee Miller, 34, of Log Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of accepting $17,000 to complete construction work on a property in Hampton between Aug. 3 and Oct. 20, 2022, and not completing the work.

Maria Antonia Mirely Paulino, 34, of Essex Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony conspiracy theft by unauthorized taking charge. She agreed with Merolin Collado Santana to conceal more than $1,500 in merchandise at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem on March 6, according to the indictment.

Angela Moran, 53, of Mountainside Lane in Francestown on a felony possession methamphetamine charge on Oct. 11, 2023, in Londonderry.

Daniel J. Riendeau, 42, of Troy Road in Detroit, Maine, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 13, 2023, in Portsmouth.

Giovanni Ambrose Rivera, 31, of South Policy Street in Salem on three felony in possession of a dangerous weapon charges. He was accused of possessing a BRG-9 Elite 9 mm pistol, a Tokarev 12GA Magnum shotgun, and Heritage Rough Rider 22 caliber revolver on Dec. 31, 2023, in Salem. Rivera is a felony due to a theft conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in December 2022.

Nefertiti Wallata Rochester, 47, of SW 116th Street in Miramar, Florida, on two felony theft by deception charges. She was accused of purchasing diamond and gold earrings, valued at nearly $4,100 combined, with a stolen credit card on July 24, 2023, in Salem.
