Muffler Noise Leads To Gilmanton Man’s Second DUI Charge: Concord Log

CONCORD, NH — Cheryl Rodgers, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 5:03 p.m. on July 8, 2022, on prohibited sales of alcohol. She was charged after an incident on Rolfe Street.

Matthew Haddock, 22, of Concord was arrested at 1 a.m. on July 5 on stalking, breach of bail, and felony possession of a controlled drug charges. The charges were connected to incidents on Elm Street.

Chadrick Hugh Drapeau, born 1997, of Gilmanton was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on June 25 on a driving under the influence-second offense charge and a muffler; prevention of noise violation after an incident at 219 S. Main St.

Herman Dixon, born 1974, of Brockton, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on June 25 on two bench warrants and a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Old Turnpike Road.

Zachary S. Mikell, 37, of Deerfield was arrested at 5:26 p.m. on June 21 on two criminal mischief charges after an incident on Branch Turnpike.

Grace Tuyishime, born 1995, of Manchester was arrested at 3:50 a.m. on June 12 on driving while intoxicated, speeding, and open container charges after an incident at 100 Fisherville Road.

Jefry H. Morgan, 62, of Concord was cited at 4:13 a.m. on June 7 on a loitering and prowling charge after an incident on Dunklee Street.

Tracy Marie Hebert, 46, of Concord was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on June 6 on simple assault and two resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident under the Interstate 393 bridge. She was also arrested on a warrant after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street. Hebert also faces a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, due to two prior convictions, and a bench warrant after an incident at The Paper Store on Fort Eddy Road.

Carlos Swope Nicolosi, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 10:14 p.m. on June 4 on a simple assault charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Shane M. Vannest, 32, of Concord was arrested at 6:34 p.m. on June 3 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 10 Basin St.
