Lee Felon Accused Of Firing Gun During Epping Road Rage Incident Indicted: Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Logan Ellis Aboud, 18, of Ann Lane in Fremont on reckless conduct and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of striking another person in the face twice causing a nasal fracture on June 4, 2023, in Kingston.

Larissa Louise Araba, 30, of Worcester Road in Framingham, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Seabrook on Sept. 12, 2023, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Kristy Lynn Arthur, 45, of Sargents Pond Road in Wolfeboro on possession of cocaine and possession of crack cocaine charges on March 28, 2023, in Salem.

Michael Peter Boivin, 50, of Heath Street in Newton on aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of fondling a girl under 13 between Feb. 1, 2019, and Feb. 2, 2020, in Newton.

Ethan James Botzos, 27, of Middlesex Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on attempted theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of obtaining money via a fraudulent check in Stratham uttered for $3,814.70 at Kennebunk Savings Bank on March 30, 2023.

Edward James Braxton, 48, of High Road in Lee on reckless conduct, criminal threatening, felonious use of a firearm, falsifying physical evidence, and three attempted first-degree assault charges. He was accused of firing a Smith & Wesson M&P 9 mm handgun at a vehicle three times in Epping on July 28, 2023, concealing a bullet or shell casing, during a road rage incident. Michael James Brochu, 35, of West Hollis Street in Nashua on a felony possession of psilocin charge on May 4, 2023, in Londonderry.

Ashley M. Brown, 33, of Centennial Street in Seabrook on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Jan. 29, 2023, in Seabrook. Previously, she has been convicted on a prior offense.

Paul Joseph Brunelle, 40, of Tiffany Road in Salem on two aggravated felonious sexual assault and two felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting and fondling a girl on Sept. 2, 2023, in Salem.

Dylan Bryant, 29, of Halford Street in Gardner, MA, on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault counts. He was accused of raping a woman between May 28 and May 30, 2023, in Hampton. Read more about this case here: Massachusetts Cop, Indicted On Hampton NH Rape Charges, Suspended

Zachary R. Buckley, 37, of Scituate Road in York, Maine, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on June 24, 2023, in Newington.

Shawn Patrick Burke, 51, of Folsom Street in Dover on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Seabrook on March 29, 2023, after previously being convicted on theft charges.
