Theft, Burglary Indictments In Salem: County Superior Court Roundup
Goffstown man indicted in Exeter metal rod attack case; woman indicted on Hampton officer's gun grab incident; theft and forgery in Windham.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Kala Jean Lewis, 31, of Main Street in Newmarket on a felony taking a firearm from a law enforcement officer. She was accused of attempting to take a Hampton officer’s gun on June 11.
Jayvonte Juju Lucien III, 24, of Morse Street in Watertown, Massachusetts, on a felony attempted falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of attempting to destroy a cell phone to impair an investigation on May 10 in Salem.

Trevor Austin MacKenzie, 32, of Salmon Falls Road in Rochester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of removing motors from an Overhead Door vehicle and failing to pay his employer for them on Feb. 13 in Portsmouth.
Khayr B. Marsh, 31, of Jaques Avenue in Worcester, MA, on a felony accomplice receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of working in concert with Larissa Louise Araba to retain a stolen a white GMC Savana van owned by True Cleaning Services on July 5 in Salem.

Brian Richard McCauley, 63, of Longbrook Road in Goffstown on a felony first-degree assault charge. He was accused of hitting another person in the head with a metal tension rod in Exeter on April 25.
Ronald A. Milone, 47, of Morkeski Meadows in North Andover, MA, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing Happy Tails on Range Road in Salem on April 24.
Ryan A. Monica, 34, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on attempted theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of attempting to cash a check from Agretech Corp. for $4,739.20 in Windham on March 2.
Michael D. Morse, 28, of Norman Drive in Derry on a felony delivery or articles prohibited charge. He was accused of possessing fentanyl in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Nov. 16, 2021.
Michael Joseph Neuberger, 35, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of removing property from Macy’s in Salem on Sept. 21, 2022. Twice before, Neuberger has been convicted on theft charges.
Sisqo Lisandro Nogueras, 23, of State Street in Leominster, MA, on two felony assault by prisoner charges. He was accused of striking one Rockingham County Jail inmate in the head and attempting to pull a second inmate into his cell on May 2 in Brentwood.
