Concord Man Indicted On Threat Against Cops Charges: County Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Man indicted on riot, assault charges; Chichester man indicted on gun charge; Allenstown man faces homemade explosive device charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Ethan Babb, 24, of Lane Road in Chichester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun in the woods of Chichester with people close by and no backstop on Sept. 3.
Evan Bailey, 21, of Dunklee Street in Concord on riot and accomplice to second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of engaging in violent conduct and causing public alarm along with Matayo Riley and Sincere Thomas, according to the indictment, by being involved in assault incident, which led to a victim having a skull fracture, between Aug. 19 and Aug. 20 on Depot Street in Concord. Jack H. Barton, 53, of Rumford Street in Concord on eight felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges. He was accused of failing to report online identifiers — email, Snapchat, Discord, Grindr, Reddit, Twitter, TikTok, and WhatsApp accounts, to Concord police on Dec. 8 and Dec. 29, 2021, and Jan. 13, Jan. 18, March 31, June 26, July 3, and July 10. Barton is a sex offender due to being convicted on four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-victim under 13 in March 1994.
Nathan Bergeron, 43, of North Main Street in Boscawen on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Route 202-9 in Hopkinton on Aug. 13 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Brian Bilodeau, 64, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony duty to inform-subsequent charge. He was accused of failing to register with Concord police on May 11. Bilodeau is a sex offender due to aggravated felonious sexual assault-victim under 13 and felonious sexual assault-victim under 16 convictions in August 1991.
Ethan Botzos, 27, of Donna Drive in Pembroke on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of retaining control of a Nissan Versa and more than $1,500 in cash owned by others on June 17, 2021, in Pembroke.
Kyle M. Brissette, 29, of North Bennington Road in Bennington on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and a methamphetamine and lorazepam mix, on July 11 in Hopkinton.
Bruce R. Chabot, 66, of Campbell Street in Allenstown on a felony possession of an infernal machine charge. He was accused of possessing a homemade explosive device on Aug. 25, 2021, in Allenstown.
Anthony Cicirelli, 39, of Downing Street in Concord on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of threatening two Concord police officers with a baton on Oct. 1 in Concord.
Hayden Consoletti, 20, of Crab Apple Way in Loudon on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Sept. 11 in Concord.
Kevin Croft, 31, of Wilson Street in Manchester on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of retaining control of property owned by others in Hooksett on Sept. 21, 2018, after twice before being convicted on theft charges.
James M. Curran, 36, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two counts controlled drug act: possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, meth, buprenorphine and naloxone mix, clonazepam, and fentanyl, and five counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, buprenorphine and naloxone mix, meth, fentanyl, clonazepam, and amphetamine and dextroamphetamine mix, all felonies, on July 28 in Concord. Sarah E. Currier, 31, of Linden Avenue in Newport on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Sept. 1 in Hopkinton.
