Fitchburg, Mass., Woman Arrested On Drug Sale Charges: Salem Cop Log

East Boston teen with a NJ warrant accused of shoplifting, resisting; bail jumping arrest; Concord man arrested on drug, resisting charges.

SALEM, NH — Sarah A. Alicea, 36, of Marianna Road in Salem, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2025, on motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and two driving after revocation or suspension charges. Police made a motor vehicle stop on North Policy Street, and the driver was arrested. She was released on personal recognizance and given a ride to her home, police said.

Cristian Piedrahita, 19, of Trenton Street in East Boston, Massachusetts, was arrested on a fugitive warrant at 7:29 p.m. on Feb. 17 as well as escape, willful concealment, and resisting arrest or detention charges. Police were sent to the Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park on Rockingham Park Boulevard for a report of a shoplifter in custody. During the incident, an officer accused the shoplifter of escaping from their custody and fleeing from the parking lot, a report stated. The suspect was caught later. Police also towed a motor vehicle to headquarters. The fugitive warren, police said, was issued out of New Jersey. The suspect was taken to the Rockingham County Jail and held.

Jacqueline Rosado, 46, of Meadowbrook Lane in Fitchburg, MA, was arrested at 8:48 a.m. on Feb. 17 on transport drugs in a motor vehicle and three felony possession of a controlled drug: sale, etc., charges, heroin-crack, fentanyl-class, and cocaine-subsequent charges. She was arrested out of state and was held at the Barnstable House of Corrections. After being picked up by Salem police and brought back to New Hampshire, she was taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Tracey A. Smith, 38, of Adams Road in Londonderry, was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on Feb. 11 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a motor vehicle stop on Main Street. They were released later on personal recognizance.

Christopher Veras, 36, of Canal Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on a warrant at 1:13 p.m. on Feb. 11 and a criminal mischief charge. He was released on personal recognizance.

Richard S. McPherson, 50, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:56 a.m. on Feb. 11 on a bail jumping charge. He was arrested on a Salem warrant by Hooksett police and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

A 39-year-old man was placed in protective custody by police after a wellbeing check at 2:21 a.m. on Feb. 11 at Peppers Pub on South Broadway. Later, the man was found at High Line, assisted by police, and a sober party was found, a report said.

Jennifer J. Khudari, 38, of Grove Street in Auburndale, MA, was arrested on a Nashua police warrant. She was arrested after police were sent to Nouria Salem Gulf on South Broadway at 1:23 a.m. on Feb. 11 for a report of a suspicious vehicle.

Scott Schmid, 39, of Horseshoe Pond Lane in Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant and a warrant out of Merrimack County at 10:11 p.m. on Feb. 5 as well as possession of a controlled drug, resisting arrest or detention, and falsifying physical evidence charges. Police were sent to Seasons Corner Market on South Broadway for a suspicious person report. Officers found the subject, accused him of fighting with officers, and he was arrested. One warrant had $645 cash bail and Salem police required $1,000 cash bail for the department’s charges. The man was then taken to the county jail.

Mark J. Ruppel, 36, of Harvard Street in Nashua, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on Feb. 5 on two warrants and a possession of a controlled drug charge after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Rockingham Park Boulevard and Tuscan Boulevard. A passenger in the vehicle was arrested on the warrants, including a capias out of Hillsborough County, which was “no bail.” He was then taken to the county jail.

Stephan Adam Devoe, 32, of Howard Street in Haverhill, MA, received a summons at 8:43 p.m. on Feb. 5 for reckless operation after a motor vehicle stop on Lawrence Road in Salem.

Juan Gerardo Gutierrez Cabreja, 26, of Warren Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. on Feb. 5 after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was released on personal recognizance.
