Concord Woman Indicted On Aggravated DWI Charge: Court Roundup
Plus: Hopkinton, Newbury felons accused of weapon possession; elderly Plymouth woman indicted on meth charge; thief indicted on new charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Jeffrey J. Riel Jr., 37, of South Barnstead Road in Barnstead on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of selling more than $1,500 worth of coins he did not own to Noble Spirit LLC in Pittsfield on July 26, 2022.
Kenny J. Robbins, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 29, 2023, in Concord.

Alexa Robichaud, 34, of Pleasant Street in Pembroke on a felony unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property charge. He was accused of not returning a U-Haul truck to Concord on Nov. 1, 2021.
Scott Schmid, 38, of Horseshoe Pond Lane in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 19, 2023, in Bow.

Barbara Sefton, 67, of Morgan Road in Plymouth on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Sept. 5, 2023, in Concord.
Maddox Smith, 29, of Cheney Road in Newbury on two felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges. He was accused of possessing two knives on Oct. 16, 2023, in Concord. Smith is a felon due to a drug conviction, according to the indictment.
Andrew Stanley, 42, of First NH Turnpike in Northwood on motor vehicles; penalties and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and driving on Catamount Road in Pittsfield on Sept. 9, 2023, after being certified as a habitual offender.
Mikhayla A. Stevens, 25, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from the 7-Eleven in Concord on July 4, 2023, after previously being convicted on theft in Concord District Court in March 2019 and Hooksett District Court in July 2022.
Antonio R. Tejada, 32, of North Main Street in Boscawen on a felony possession of cocaine on Oct. 3, 2023, in Bow.
Frederick A. Temple, 39, of Clement Hill Road in Hopkinton on two felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges. He was accused of possessing a short sword and a compound bow on Oct. 16, 2023, in Hopkinton. Temple was previously convicted of a felony against the person or property of another, according to the indictment.
Drew S. Wentworth, 41, of Summer Street in Bristol on possession of fentanyl and possession of meth charges, both felonies, in Franklin on Oct. 17, 2023.
Kendra A. Williams, 61, of Fairfield Drive in Concord on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. She was accused of being under the influence and colliding with another vehicle, which led to another person sustaining broken bones and an arterial bleed in their foot on Nov. 18, 2023, in Concord.
