3 Family Members Arrested On Fisherville Road On Trespass Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Luis Miguel Rivas, born 1996, of Lynn, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. on Jan. 8, 2024, on driving under the influence and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested after an incident on North Main Street.

Scott N. Schmid, 38, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:40 p.m. on Jan. 8 as well as a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 231 Loudon Road.

Akeem Joel Shobukanla, born 1979, of Manchester received a summons at 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 8 on suspension of vehicle registration and license required violations after an incident on North Main Street.

Zachary R. Mullen, born 1999, of Concord received a summons at 12:41 a.m. on Jan. 8 on a license required violation after an incident on Broadway.

Zackary Lucas Sullivan, born 2004, of Concord was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 7 on simple assault and criminal trespass charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Garvins Falls Road.

Cody W. Muzzey, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 2:54 a.m. on Jan. 7 on criminal trespass, false report to law enforcement, and obstruction of government administration charges. Also arrested was Kevin D. Muzzey, 55, of Penacook on a criminal trespass charge. Pamela Lee Muzzey, 59, of Webster also received a summons for criminal trespass. They were charged after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.

Julie M. Schaub, born 1977, of Northfield was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on Jan. 7 on driving under the influence and DUI-adult greater than 0.08; minor greater than 0.02 charges after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.

Regis Babu Irumva, 20, of Concord was arrested at 6:39 p.m. on Dec. 22, 2023, on driving under the influence, unauthorized use, conduct after an accident, operating with an expired license, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges as well as a possession-use of tobacco product by a minor violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Stephen Mercier, 28, of Farmington was arrested at 5:26 p.m. on Dec. 22 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an investigation or incident at Target on D’Amante Drive.

Sarah Elizabeth Moeckel, born 1980, of Franconia was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on Dec. 22 on stalking and violation of a protective order charges after an investigation or incident on Ridge Road.

Christopher T. MacDonald, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 10:52 a.m. on Dec. 22 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Manor Road in Penacook.

Pamela E. Sprizza, 46, of Concord was arrested at 8:28 a.m. on Dec. 22 on a felony bail jumping charge and two warrants at police headquarters.
