Concord Man Arrested On Assault Charges After Diner Incident: Log

Homeless thief accused of stealing e-bike; Barnstead woman also arrested on theft charge; warrant arrests; Oriole Road mischief incident.

CONCORD, NH — Ryan S. Sherman, 41, of Concord was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2024, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Red Arrow Concord Diner at 112 Loudon Road.

William Alfred Flanders, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 7:57 p.m. on Feb. 22 on criminal mischief and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation on Oriole Road.

Vincent S. Cormier, 50, of Concord was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on Feb. 22 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Liberty Utilities at 10 Broken Bridge Road.

Omar Hutchinson, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:50 p.m. on Feb. 22 and a criminal trespass charge. The warrant was based on an incident or investigation on Stickney Avenue; the trespass charge was after an incident or investigation at The Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Paul E. Phaneuf, 59, of Manchester was arrested at 1 p.m. on Feb. 22 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on Rex Drive.

Richard S. Matthews, 41, of Hillsborough was arrested on a warrant at 8:41 a.m. on Feb. 13 after an incident or investigation on Albin Street.

Richard F. Kuchinsky, 54, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:36 a.m. on Feb. 12 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions. An officer was sent to Target on D’Amante Drive around 4:40 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2023, for a report of the theft of a Jetson 12-inch Axel electric bike, valued at around $400. A man was caught on security footage taking the bike out of the store without paying for it, an affidavit said. The suspect put the e-bike into the cargo area of a silver Bronco Sport, entered the passenger side of the vehicle, and left, the report said. The officer took screenshots of the video and later, spoke to a Hooksett officer investigating the same man after an incident at the Hooksett Target, an affidavit said. The report stated another officer in that department recognized the suspect as Kuchinsky due to being in contact with his probation officer. The Concord officer also confirmed via a booking photo that the e-bike theft suspect was Kuchinsky, the affidavit stated. Kuchinsky had been convicted on felony theft charges in both Merrimack and Grafton county superior courts in 2021. The probation officer also confirmed it was Kuchinsky in the security footage, the report stated. A warrant was then issued for his arrest.

Rebekah M. Padua, 28, of Barnstead was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on Jan. 24 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation Hannaford at 73 Fort Eddy Road. She also has an active felony theft charge out of Warner, working its way through superior court.

Aaron Pitou Erickson, 45, of Concord was arrested at 3:05 a.m. on Jan. 21 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Gas House Bridge at Water Street.

Jonathan Taylor Gagne, 23, of Concord was arrested at 5 a.m. on Dec. 27 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St. Gagne has active robbery, theft, and sale-transport-manufacture controlled drug felony charges in Merrimack County Superior Court.
