Portsmouth, Salem Men Face Stabbing Indictments: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup
Rochester man accused of punching woman, fracturing her nose; Mass. man indicted on Seabrook burglary charge; Rock County drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Charles Donald Ball, 61, of Marie Avenue in Salem, on first-degree assault-domestic violence and domestic violence-false imprisonment charges, both felonies. He was accused of stabbing an intimate partner in the back with scissors and holding her against her will on Aug. 21, 2024, in Salem.
Brian Bateman, 38, of Lang Road in Deerfield, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on June 22, 2024, in Epping. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted on a prior offense.

Michael David Bennett, 31, of Sunset Drive in Rochester, on driving after certification as a habitual offender and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies, as well as a disobeying an officer charge. He was accused of driving on Route 28 in Salem on May 16, 2024, and failing to stop, after being deemed a habitual offender by the DMV. Bennett also stole more than $1,000 in merchandise on June 22, 2024, and more than $1,500 in items on July 2, 2024, from the Target in Greenland, according to indictments.
Kimberly Marie Bousquet, 37, of North State Street in Concord, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of a fentanyl and tramadol mix charges, both felonies, as well as a resisting arrest or detention charge in Derry on Aug. 7, 2024.

Cory James Breslin, 36, of Lafayette Road in Salisbury, Massachusetts, on possession of cocaine on June 19, 2024, in Kingston and possession of cocaine, possession of amphetamine, and possession of lorazepam charges on July 6, 2024, in Kingston.
Cayden Alexander Brown, 22, of Farmington Road in Rochester, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of punching an intimate partner in the face on Aug. 17, 2024, in Portsmouth, and causing a right nasal bone fracture.
Cassilyn S. Burton, 37, of Horseshoe Drive in Litchfield, on felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and-or cocaine and endangering the welfare of a child charges on Oct. 10, 2023, in Derry.

James E. Frye, 38, of Granger Drive in Lee, on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of attempting to induce another person to testify or inform falsely by sending a text message to another person asking them to “drop the charges” on May 17, 2024, in Portsmouth.
David Junior Garcia, 22, of Albany Street in Lynn, MA, on accomplice-burglary and accomplice theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He worked in concert with Westyn Lantigua and Isreal I. Garcia Vasquez to burglarize Richdale Convenience Store in Seabrook on March 19, 2024, and steal scratch tickets, according to the indictments.
Luisbert Garcia-Santana, 25, of Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester, MA, on two felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell charges, fentanyl and cocaine, on Dec. 19, 2023, in Portsmouth.
Anthony J. Giardina III, 71, of Town Farm Road in Hartford, Maine, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Depot Road in Kingston on June 4, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Victor Alfonso Marin Giraldo, 34, of Boyd Road in Portsmouth, on first-degree assault, criminal threatening, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening a person with a knife and stabbing them while saying, “I will kill you,” or words to that effect on Aug. 13, 2024, in Portsmouth.
Sean Frank Guarino Sr., 34, of Union Street in Manchester, on domestic violence-criminal threatening-fear of bodily injury and domestic violence-criminal threatening-with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a knife and saying, “Next time you tell me to calm down, I will stab you,” and-or “I will stab you,” or words to that effect on June 4, 2024, in Derry.
