4th Person Indicted In Multi-Million Gift Card Theft Scam: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Homeless man indicted for strangling woman; Bow, Concord, Franklin, and Hooksett drug indictments; title fraud indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Travis Bennett Lufkin, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on May 19 in Concord.
Kimberly Bousquet, 37, of Bridge Street in Manchester on two theft by unauthorized taking charges, felonies due to two prior convictions. She was accused of scanning items of a lesser value and placing items of a higher value in her shopping bag at the self-checkout at Walmart on Feb. 12 and Feb. 13 in Concord.

Robert E. Broder, 55, of Amherst Road in Bedford on receiving stolen property and two possession of narcotic drug-subsequent charges, fentanyl, all felonies. He was accused of retaining a stolen 2010 Subaru Forester and possessing fentanyl on April 14 in Hooksett. Broder also possessed the drug on April 30 in Hooksett, according to the indictment. At the time, the indictment said, he was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on a controlled premises where drugs are kept charge in November 2021.
Jinbin Ren, 36, of Canterbury Road in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, on conspiracy to commit theft by deception and accomplice to receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He acted in concert with Mengying Jiang, Naxin Wu, Mingdong Chen, and others of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Concord and other locations with fraudulent gift cards, amassing items in Salem, and shipped them overseas between April 1, 2023, and Feb. 1, according to the indictments. Hillary Riel, 35, of Hill Road in Franklin on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, psilocin-psilocybin, and methamphetamine charges, on Feb. 19 in Concord.
Krystal R. Robie, 34, of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony registration of online identifiers charges. They were accused of failing to report a TikTok account to Concord police between Aug. 28, and Dec. 11, 2023. Robie, who was previously known as Christopher Beaulieu, is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault charge of a victim 13 or older and under 16 with an age difference of more than four years in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2011.
Michael Robinson, 34 of Bridge Street in Hillsboro on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, meth, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a baton-like object in Concord as well as the drug on Feb. 19 in Concord. Robinson is a felon due to a controlled drug conviction in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2017.
Michael J. Rodriguez, 23, of Owl Street in Campton on a felony stalking-subsequent charge. He was accused of entering a protected party’s residence in Concord on Dec. 1, 2023, after previously being convicted of stalking in November 2023 in Concord District Court.
Joseph Roderick, 36, of Chester Road in Auburn on two possession of a controlled with intent to sell-subsequent, meth and fentanyl, and two sale of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, meth and fentanyl. Roderick sold drugs to Jade Markham on Aug. 13, 2022, in Bow, after being convicted previously, according to the indictments.
Gonni R. Plasencia Rosario, 51, of Massasoit Road in Worcester, MA, on a felony anti-theft laws, offense, penalties charge, concerning a title fraud allegation on Oct. 4, 2023, in Concord.
Paola M. Ruiz, 35, of Newcastle Street in Nashua on two felony anti-theft laws, offense, penalties charges involving false statements about titles on between Jan. 1 and Jul 17, 2022, and on May 13, 2022, in Concord.
Shane Michael Russell, 37, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on three possession of a controlled drug with intent to dispense, fentanyl, meth, and crack cocaine, and three possession of controlled drug charges, fentanyl, meth, and crack cocaine, all felonies, on Feb. 5 in Hooksett.
