Man Indicted On Attempted Rape, Assault With Blowtorch Charges

Plus: Concord teen indicted on stolen truck charge; Pembroke, Hooksett men indicted on drug charges; and habitual offender indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Shawn A. Jacques, 37, of Diana Road in Northfield, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Aug. 15, 2019, in Concord.

Douglas Jenkerson, 50, with a last known address of Dale Road in Hooksett, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of failing to deposit more than $1,500 from a Hooksett gas station he was working at between Jan. 1, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2017.

Manuel J. Jones, 22, of Dunbarton Road in Manchester, on possession of buprenorphine, possession of clonazepam, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on Route 3 in Bow on Sept. 7.

Jamie Judkins, 45, of Peaceful Lane in Concord, on a felony habitual offender charge while driving on Interstate 93 on Sept. 21 in Concord.

Kevin J. Kourafas, 28, of Norfolk Road in Randolph, Massachusetts, on possession of fentanyl and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on Aug. 17 in Bow.

William D. LaGrange, 63, of Central Street in Pembroke, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Route 3A in Bow on Aug. 24.

Kyle Lavallee, 18, of Lyndon Street in Concord, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He's accused of being stopped on I-93 in Concord while driving a stolen 2012 Chevrolet 1500.

Jacqueline S. Leighton, 36, of Monroe Avenue in Allenstown, on a felony habitual offender charge – driving on Route 28 in Allenstown on Sept. 19.

Tasha Lemar, 35, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony habitual offender charge – driving on I-93 in Northfield on Sept. 25.

Paul Apostolakes, 31, of Pinehurst Street in Concord, on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on April 19 in Concord.

Jeremy W. Allin, 49, of Water Street in Lancaster, on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 21 in Concord.
