New York Man, Facing ID Fraud Charge In Exeter, Now Faces Charges In Concord: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Regis Babu Irumva, 20, of Concord received a summons at 9:19 a.m. on April 19, 2024, on a simple assault charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Regency Hill Estates at 12 East Side Drive. Irumva also had status conferences on April 19 in Merrimack County Superior Court on burglary, breach, resisting, assault, stolen property, drug possession, and other charges after an incident in January in Concord; two burglary charges from a case in August 2023 in Concord; and a simple assault charge out of Concord from December 2022. July trials have been scheduled. A bail hearing was also held concerning felonious sexual assault, simple assault, and resisting arrest charges out of Concord from September 2023. A pretrial hearing was booked for that case in July.

Derrick McCassling, 62, of Albany, New York, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on April 19 on theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus and identity fraud charges, both felonies, as well as a driver’s license prohibition violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Northeast Credit Union at 1 S. Main St. McCassling has an active ID fraud and drug possession case in Rockingham County Superior Court connected to an incident in Exeter in February. On April 18, a bail hearing was held and the court ordered him held on $10,000 cash — with a hearing required to determine the source of funds for bail before posting.

Todd B. Paquette, born 1975, of Pittsfield was arrested at 6:09 p.m. on April 8 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 20 D’Amante Drive.

Steven D. Wright, born 1967, of Concord was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on April 8 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 236 N. Main St.

Richard F. Kuchinsky, 54, of Concord was arrested on three bench warrants at 1:40 p.m. on April 5 after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Gary Edward Livingstone, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 7:37 p.m. on April 4 on criminal mischief, two criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and two domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Walker Street.

Jehniva L. Clark, born 1993, of Allenstown was arrested at 10:34 p.m. on April 1 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at Dunkin’ Donuts at 121 S. Main St.

Josue Palio, born 1987, of Elmhurst, New York, received a summons at 1:20 a.m. on March 30 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a failure to use required turn signal violation on Loudon Road.

Nicole Mae Rioux, 39, of Concord was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on March 28 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Monroe Street.

Shaun Danny McCall, 44, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at noon on March 24 on a breach of bail charge after an incident or investigation at Sun Tan City at 80 Storrs St. He also received a summons at 12:50 a.m. on March 26 on three criminal trespass charges after an incident or investigation at the Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St. and was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on March 26 on a breach of bail charge after an incident or investigation on Storrs Street.

Mallery Reign Sieradski, born 2004, of Concord received a summons at 9:13 p.m. on March 22 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Steeplegate Mall at 270 Loudon Road.

Mohammedamin A. Habjouqa, born 1979, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 11:49 a.m. on March 18 after an incident or investigation at Fellowship House at 11 Chesley St.

Angela M. Spataro, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 10:57 a.m. on March 18 on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Airport Road.
