Goffstown Man Indicted On Allenstown Child Rape, Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup
Massachusetts man indicted on Concord child assault charges; New Orleans man indicted for voter suppression; NJ man faces ID fraud charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Kevin Juszkiewicz, 52, of Elm Street in Goffstown on four felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of a pattern of raping and sexually assaulting a girl between Aug. 20, 2011, and Aug. 20, 2017, in Allenstown.
James Kelly, 60, of Bogart Road in River Edge, New Jersey, on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of posing as another to obtain money, credit, goods, services, and other things of value from Verizon on Sept. 15, 2023, in New London.

Steven Kramer, 55, of Napoleon Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana, on two felony bribing, intimidation, suppression charges. He was accused of attempting to prevent two voters from voting in the 2024 first-in-the-nation primary by creating a fake, pre-recorded phone message of Joe Biden to two voters in New Hampshire. Richard Kuchinsky, 54, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Hooksett on Nov. 2, 2023, and Target in Concord on Nov. 10, 2023, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Jamie Locke, 47, of Hoover Circle in Loudon on possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with a prior conviction and possession of meth charges, both felonies, in Concord on Feb. 22. Locke was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2013.
Albert Magnifico, 53, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony Medicaid fraud-false claims charge. He was accused of making a false or fraudulent claim between Sept. 28 and Dec. 10, 2023, in Concord.
Lawrence J. McClosky, 61, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony delivery of articles prohibited charge-buprenorphine at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on Oct. 12, 2023.
Yadiel Ortega Montero, 22, of Prospect Street in Concord or Marlborough, Massachusetts, on criminal mischief and four second-degree assault-child under 13-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of punching a boy in the face, pulling his hair, and striking him in the head on Feb. 24 in Concord, striking him in the head between Jan. 1 and Jan. 31 in Concord, and damaging four interior doors and a bedroom vanity owned by an intimate partner between Jan. 1, 2022, and Feb. 2 in Concord. Todd Spataro, 57, with a last known address of Airport Road in Concord, on possession of psilocin, possession of cocaine, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on Feb. 3 in Concord.
Matthew P. Story, 39, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from a New Hampshire State Liquor Store in Concord on Jan. 10 after being convicted of theft in January 2019 and March 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Thomas P. Turck, 47, of Laurier Street in Goffstown on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge in Hooksett on Feb. 21, 2021.
John Woods, 77, formerly of Hopkinton, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of providing an intoxicating substance to a woman and inserting a part of his body or an object into her and fondling her on March 4, 2022, in Hopkinton.
