Police: Medford Man Arrested For Felony DWI in Southampton
The incident occurred last Tuesday, according to police.

A Medford man was arrested for felony aggravated DWI and first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in Southampton on Tuesday, Dec. 30, according to State Police
John Baxter, 52, was stopped for multiple traffic violations, including failing to move over for an Emergency Vehicle while driving eastbound on State Route 27 west of County Route 39 in Southampton, police said.

He was held overnight at the Suffolk County Sheriffs facility and arraigned in the Southampton Town Court.
