In November, The Sanderling Resort welcomes watercolor artist Molly Reeder for intimate workshops celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and the natural beauty of the coast. Inspired by the landscapes, textures, and stories of the Outer Banks, Molly brings a distinct perspective and creative practice to the experience.
Known for her evocative botanical, food, and nature-inspired watercolors, Molly Reeder brings a fresh, thoughtful perspective to the art of watercolor. Her paintings celebrate the intricate beauty of edible and plant-based subjects, inviting a deeper appreciation for their natural forms, textures, and inherent vitality.
Rooted in a fascination with the connections between land, plants, ancestry, and the wisdom of the natural world, Molly’s work explores the delicate threads that connect us to our surroundings. In her workshops, she invites participants to slow down and observe, exploring composition, color, and texture as a means of capturing the beauty and spirit of the natural world.
Molly will be instructing 4 different workshops over the weekend. Each class has a very limited number of spots available to the public.
