ZEPHYRHILLS, FL -- The Pasco Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in identifying an attempted armed robber who tried to hold up a restaurant but walked away empty-handed.
On Nov. 1, at about 8:30 p.m., a man entered the Best Thai and Sushi restaurant at 35354 State Road 54 in Zephyrhills.
He remained at the front door and displayed an unknown type of handgun, shouting that it was a robbery and demanding money. When no one complied, he left the business through the parking lot on foot.
