VA Dad Arrested After Dead Child, 2, Found In Suitcase
A 2-year-old Virginia girl who has been missing for eight months has been identified as the dead child found recently in a suitcase near train tracks in New Jersey. Te'Myah Plummer has been identified as the toddler whose remains were found two weeks ago in the suitcase near the PATH tracks in Jersey City, according to media reports.

Ultra Duster Huffer Disrupts Traffic In Stafford: Police
A pajama-clad man jumping in and out of traffic Friday while inhaling from the aerosol product "Ultra Duster" was arrested Friday in the area of Greenspring Drive and Vine Place, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Micha Jamar Kynard, 21, of Stafford, was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, inhalation of drugs and pedestrian interference with traffic.
