Northern Virginia restaurants recently cited for food and pest violations include Bob & Edith's Diner, Bonchon, and Logan's Roadhouse.
NORTHERN VIRGINIA — Some signs of a restaurant with problems are easy to spot: Awful smells, dirty tables or unkempt employees are all red flags. But sometimes the problem is harder to pin down, such as food stored at improper temperatures or unclean kitchen equipment.

"In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations," according to Virginia Department of Health's website.

The Fairfax County Health Department continues to publish restaurant inspection reports after relaunching them online this summer. The new system is part of Fairfax County's switch to the online PLUS platform.
