Man Overdoses On Heroin In Stafford Government Building

A man passed out in a bathroom stall from heroin use Thursday morning at the Stafford County Administration Building, 1300 Courthouse Road, was arrested on multiple drug charges after being released from an area hospital, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
