Alexandria Man Traded Sex With Child For $5: Police
An Alexandria man is facing jail time in a Pittsburgh suburb for a disturbing sexual assault on a 10-year-old child. Thomas Mark Rhodes, 36, of Alexandria, Va., is charged with 11 counts, which include involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, indecent exposure and criminal solicitation.
ATM Fees In Washington DC Are Nation's 3rd Highest: Study
If you feel like you're getting fleeced every time you use an ATM that's not owned by your own bank, a new study suggests you may not be wrong. Washington, D.C., residents pay the third-highest out-of-network ATM fees of any of the nation's 25 major cities, according to the study by financial site Bankrate.com.

I-95 Confederate Flag Pole Vandalized In Stafford: Report
The base of the pole that flies a giant Confederate flag along Interstate 95 on private property in Stafford County was vandalized with spray paint that spelled out "Take it down," and "racist," according to WTOP. The damage was found Sunday.
