Alexandria Man Traded Sex With Child For $5: Police

An Alexandria man is facing jail time in a Pittsburgh suburb for a disturbing sexual assault on a 10-year-old child. Thomas Mark Rhodes, 36, of Alexandria, Va., is charged with 11 counts, which include involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, indecent exposure and criminal solicitation.

ATM Fees In Washington DC Are Nation's 3rd Highest: Study

If you feel like you're getting fleeced every time you use an ATM that's not owned by your own bank, a new study suggests you may not be wrong. Washington, D.C., residents pay the third-highest out-of-network ATM fees of any of the nation's 25 major cities, according to the study by financial site Bankrate.com.

I-95 Confederate Flag Pole Vandalized In Stafford: Report
