Have Coffee With A Cop Wednesday In Greater Alexandria
Join Fairfax County Police for a cup o' joe during Coffee with a Cop day at three Greater Alexandria locations.
MOUNT VERNON, VA—Do you have a question that you've been wanting to ask your local police? Or maybe you haven't gotten a chance to thank them for an incident they responded to in your neighborhood? Either way, there's a chance to meet in better circumstances face-to-face.
Coffee with a Cop is a nationwide event on Wednesday, Oct. 4 to bring together law enforcement with members of the community over a cup o' joe. Fairfax County Police will be on hand for three meetings in Greater Alexandria:
- Starbucks: 7511 Richmond Highway, Alexandria, 9 a.m.-11 a.m.
- Starbucks: 6754 Richmond Highway, Alexandria, 9 a.m.-11 a.m.
- Dunkin Donuts: 1500 Belle View Boulevard, Alexandria, 9 a.m.-11 a.m.
Coffee with a Cop started in 2011 in Hawthorne, Calif. and expanded to all 50 states in 2016. The annual event is held the first Wednesday of October.
