Pedestrian Robbed At Gunpoint In Mount Vernon: Police
The victim had been walking on Mount Vernon Highway when two men with a gun approached.

MOUNT VERNON, VA—Fairfax County Police are seeking two suspects for an armed robbery of a pedestrian in Mount Vernon Friday evening.
The victim had been walking in the 5500 block of Mount Vernon Highway around 4:56 p.m. when the two men approached. The suspects surrounded the victim and took out a gun while demanding a wallet.
After taking the victim's wallet, the men fled in a vehicle toward Richmond Highway. The suspects were two men wearing hooded sweatshirts.

- 2600 block of Beacon Hill Road, property from residence
- 5900 block of Grand Pavillion Way, bicycles from residence
- North Kings Highway/Poag Street, lumber from construction site
- 7600 block of Richmond Highway, shoes from business
- 1200 block of Westgrove Boulevard, property from residence
