Peeping Tom Masturbates Outside Groveton Home: Police

A registered sex offender from Alexandria is facing new charges after allegedly masturbating in front of a home in Groveton Saturday evening.

Around 6:28 p.m., a resident in the 3500 block of Holly Hill Road spotted the shirtless man masturbating outside the home's window. When the victim called police, the man fled to a nearby laundry room.

Fairfax County officers arrested and charged Harry Ross, 28, with peeping, indecent exposure, trespassing and two counts of sex offender violations.

Ross was convicted in 2013 in Fairfax County Circuit Court for carnal knowledge of a child between thirteen and fifteen years of age.
