Peeping Tom Records Woman In Hybla Valley Bathroom: Police

Police are seeking a man who reportedly recorded a woman inside a bathroom.

HYBLA VALLEY, VA — Fairfax County Police are seeking a Peeping Tom for an incident in a Hybla Valley bathroom Friday, Sept. 6.

The incident happened around 12:15 p.m. in an unidentified store in the 7700 block of Richmond Highway. A woman reported a man recording her with a cell phone while she was using a bathroom.

The suspect was described as a white man in his 30s around 5 foot 9, 160 pounds, with short dark hair, wearing a blue and white striped shirt.

Indecent Exposure: 7900 block of Eagle Avenue, 9/6/19, 9:45 p.m. A man exposed himself to a group of teenagers. The suspect was identified and a warrant for indecent exposure was obtained. Arrest information has not been announced.
