Police: Man Charged for Sending Inappropriate Photos to a Minor

A 16-year-old student reported that an aide, an acquaintance, had allegedly sent her at least two inappropriate photos, police said.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Police responded to Quander Road School, located at 6400 Quander Road (see map below) in the Alexandria area of Fairfax County Wednesday, around 12:15 p.m., for a report of an adult Student Bus Aide possibly having inappropriate relations with a student, Fairfax County Police said Friday.

A 16-year-old student reported to school administration that the aide, an acquaintance, had allegedly sent her at least two inappropriate photos of himself in November and December 2015, according to police.

Detectives of the Major Crimes Division Child Exploitation Unit assumed the investigation which resulted in charging Morrice D. Stephenson, 24, of 7103 Davis Street in Alexandria, also in Fairfax County, with two felony counts of solicitation of a minor using a communication device, according to police. Stephenson was arrested Friday and held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
