Police: Property Manager Finds Trespasser at Vacant Property in Groveton

A property manager was checking on a vacant property when he discovered an unknown man there, according to police.

Fairfax County Police say that a Woodbridge man was found trespassing Saturday morning at a vacant Groveton home.

Police say the alleged unlawful entry took place at a home located in the 6000 block of Williamsburg Road. Police were called Saturday shortly after 9:20 a.m.

Police say a property manager was checking a vacant property and discovered the unknown man. The suspect fled and was located by officers and arrested, according to police.

Richard M. Perez, 20, of Woodbridge, was charged with unlawful entry and trespassing, police said.
