ALEXANDRIA, VA — Across the Potomac River from Alexandria, officers with the Maryland Natural Resources Police are searching for what they called a “possible missing duck hunter” on the river, after a partially submerged boat was found Tuesday.
Maryland Natural Resources Police said Wednesday morning on Twitter that the search is continuing today. Authorities are asking anyone who recognizes the boat or has other information to call 410-260-8888.

The boat was found near Fort Washington, Maryland, according to the Prince George’s County Volunteer Marine Fire Rescue (see map below).
