Suspect Inappropriately Touches Woman, Exposes Himself

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Police say that a man inappropriately touched and then exposed himself to a woman Wednesday night walking near Richmond Highway and Clayborne Avenue (see map below).

A woman was walking in the area shortly after 11 p.m. when a man approached and inappropriately touched her, police said. The suspect then exposed himself to the victim, according to police.

He fled and she was not injured, FCPD said.

The male suspect was described as Asian, 25 to 30 years old, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, slim build, and wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and had glasses on his head.
