Three Teens Arrested for Friday Night Robbery: Police
The heist occurred in a neighborhood off Route 1, say Fairfax County police.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Three teenagers are facing felony charges stemming from a robbery Friday night on a neighborhood street in the Alexandria area, according to the Fairfax County police.
All three were located and arrested a short time after the robbery, just east of Richmond Highway (Route 1), the police said.
Kenny Joel Lezama, 18, of Lanham, MD, was charged with robbery with the use of a weapon and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. The other two suspects, 15- and 16-year-old boys, face the same charges, the police said.

The heist occurred at about 8:38 p.m. at the corner of Arlington Drive and Republic Court, a police report stated. The victim was walking outside when the three teenagers approached him.
One of them displayed a handgun, the police said. The victim tried to flee, but the three robbers assaulted him and took his wallet.
