Update: Bus Stop Exposure Suspect Arrested
A detective spotted his car near the same location the next morning, say Fairfax County police.

The Fairfax County police last week arrested an Alexandria man and charged him with exposing himself to a teenage girl at a bus stop.
The incident occurred at 7:20 a.m. Thursday in the 2800 block of Fairhaven Avenue, near Kings Highway and Route 1 south of the city, according to a police report. A 17-year-old girl was walking to the bus stop when the susect pulled up alongside her. She glanced at his car and realized he was exposing himself.

The victim kept walking to the bus stop and the man drove off, the police said. The girl's parent then contacted police.
The Fairfax County police distributed a composite sketch of the suspect on Thursday afternoon and asked for the public's help in identifying him. At 7 a.m. the next morning, police detectives went to the neighborhood around the bus stop to follow up on the incident.

They received information about a possible suspect and vehicle in the area, and broadcast a lookout with a description. "An alert detective was able to stop the vehicle," the report stated.
The driver was identified as Elmer Alberto Medina Aguilar, 31, the police said. He was subsequently arrested, transported to the detention center at the Mount Vernon District Police Station, and charged with indecent exposure in connection with Thursday's incident.
