Victim Sitting in Car Robbed at Gunpoint by Male, Female Suspects: Police

Fairfax County Police say a man was robbed at gunpoint while sitting in a car Friday afternoon in an area off of Fordson Road (see map below).

The robbery took place in the 8100 block of Fordson Road Friday at about 4:59 p.m. , police said. The victim was sitting in a vehicle when a woman and man approached him, according to police.

The male suspect produced a handgun and demanded the victim’s belongings, police said. The suspects took property and fled. The victim was not physically injured during the robbery.

Police on Monday released a description of the male and female suspects, but not age range was given: The suspects were described as a black male, about 5 feet 8 inches, weighing 145 pounds wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans. The female suspect was a black female wearing a brown leather jacket and black spandex pants.
