Smith, a Hampton Roads native and former HRT leader, as its new president and CEO, with an October 12 start date in Norfolk. 4. 'It's vital to listen:' Sentara, DHS bring human trafficking training to Norfolk (wtkr.com) — Healthcare workers, community leaders, and law enforcement gathered at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for Virginia's first DHS Blue Campaign training on recognizing human trafficking. The session focused on warning signs, how to respond, and why listening without judgment is crucial, while also sharing statewide trafficking data and tips for parents to protect kids online.
