The cocaine was allegedly found in her wallet at the Dulles International Airport; McGowan's attorneys say agents of disgraced media mogul Harvey Weinstein may have planted the cocaine to discredit her as she accuses him of sexual assault.

Dog Rescued From Hot Vehicle: Police

A dog was rescued after being left inside a locked vehicle with the internal temperature measured at 127 degrees Friday, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Authorities later found the owner in a nearby store.
