• Virginia DMV and Gweedo Foundation partner to improve teen driving safety (wavy.com) — From Portsmouth, state officials and the Gweedo Memorial Foundation are rolling out new bilingual safe-driving signs for every Virginia high school's student parking lot. The campaign, born from a local family's loss, pairs daily visual reminders with a social media contest to encourage teens to make safer choices behind the wheel.
