WOODBRIDGE, VA — A teen girl inexplicably walking in the middle of the road in the 4300 block of Dale Boulevard was arrested Tuesday after kicking a responding officer in the face, according to Prince William County Police. The 16-year-old was charged with assault and battery on a law enforcement officer.
