Registered Sex Offender Caught Loitering Near Day Care: Police

DALE CITY, VA — A registered sex offender is being held without bond in the Prince William-Manassas regional jail after the Prince William County police apprehended him Monday outside a day care center in Dale City. The police said that Jesse Wade Himes, 53, of no fixed address, tried to enter The Goddard School in Staples Mill Plaza.
