Man Guilty In Alexandria Road Rage Shooting

A jury has found a man guilty of unlawful wounding in the July 2017 road rage shooting on the Eisenhower Connector in Alexandria. The jury recommended a four-year sentence for Ernest Stickell, 59, of Mechanicsville, Maryland, for shooting the other driver and attempting to shoot the passenger.

Fort Hunt Teacher Faces Child Porn Charge

Arlington County Police have arrested a teacher at Sandburg Middle School in Fort Hunt on a child pornography possession charge. Robert Keith Rowe, 56, of Arlington, is being held without bond at the Arlington County jail.

Woman Sentenced For Targeting Church Members In Fraud Scheme

The first of three people that duped Alexandria churchgoers out of $2 million was sentenced Friday in federal court. Grenetta Wells, 48, who assisted an Alexandria pastor and his wife in the scheme, will serve two and a half years in prison. Terry Millender, the former pastor of Victorious Life Church in Alexandria, and his wife Brenda were convicted in December and await sentencing.
