Suicidal Man Killed After Standoff: Sheriff

Deputies shot and killed a suicidal man who had fired a weapon, following extensive attempts to negotiate with him to come out of a home in Bel Air Wednesday, according to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities said they tried to get in touch with the 35-year-old suicidal man who, after 30 minutes, left the back of the residence and fired a weapon, causing deputies to seek cover. »»Read more.
