Chichester Man Indicted On Manchester Second-Degree Assault Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Bedford drunken driving crash indictment; Goffstown felon indicted on gun charge; Weare man indicted on strangulation charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Ali K. Alarajy, 24, of Joliette Street in Manchester on second-degree assault and burglary charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling another person after burglarizing a Columbus Street home in Manchester on Sept. 2, 2023.
Conray Antle, 47, of East Road in Weare on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person in Weare on Dec. 2, 2023.

Rebecca Aubuchont, 27, of Highland Avenue in Pelham on two felony conspiracy to commit falsifying physical evidence charges. Between July 13 and July 19, 2023, she agreed with James Aubuchont to travel to Sandwich, hike Flat Mountain Shelter, and remove or conceal firearms to impair an investigation, the indictment said. Between July 13 and July 15, 2023, she was accused of working with James Aubuchont to remove a device with child pornography on it and made several attempts to retrieve it from the Hillsborough County Jail.
Kyle Babb, 27, of Lane Drive in Chichester on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of stomping on another person’s head and kicking them in the face multiple times while they were on the ground on Oct. 5, 2023, in Manchester.

Erik Machos, 27, of Omega Street in Manchester on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving drunk in Bedford and breaking his arm during a crash on Aug. 6, 2023.
David Madol, 31, of Montgomery Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of accelerating his vehicle, a deadly weapon by law, in the direction of a Manchester police officer on Sept. 4, 2023, in Manchester.
Monytung Geng Maker, 26, of Dearbourne Street in Manchester on two felony sale of a controlled drug charges. He was accused of selling cocaine to a Manchester police confidential informant on June 8 and June 21, 2023, in Manchester.
Jared G. Masseur, 39, of Brinton Drive in Nashua on operation after certification as a habitual offender, receiving stolen property, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Union Street in Manchester on Sept. 5, 2023, while possessing a stolen Glock 19 9 mm BSKT440. Masseur is a felon due to a theft conviction in Hillsborough County in October 2022.
William Maurier, 43, of Mast Road in Goffstown on a felony pistols & revolvers; armed career criminals charge. He was accused of possessing a firearm on Oct. 14, 2022, in Manchester after being convicted of three felonies, including armed assault with attempt to murder in May 1999 in Essex, MA County Court and drug and robbery convictions in Rockingham County in November 2016.
Joshua Mickelonis, 35, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony first-degree assault charge. He was accused of stabbing another person in the torso in Manchester on Aug. 27, 2023.
Brandon Middaugh, 32, c/o Pembroke Road in Concord on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner until they blacked out on Aug. 17, 2023, in Manchester.
